Well you get all the same uses for Nigel at home as you would his popular cousin, report to Santa - check, move to new locations - check, inspire good behavior - check. Nigel does not stop there though! Nigel can also report to your child's instructors and inspire practice of martial arts skills at home as he is depending on the children to help him in his hourney to learn martial arts and is also seen at your childs CKD Martial Art Academy. I know many of your kids love their Elf on the Shelf, that's ok as Nigel gets along great with his cousins and is more than happy to work with your current elf during the holiday season.

Have Asthma? In Cartersville? You need this!

Article from TaeKwonDo Times Magazine in November 2004 issue, author age was updated for this republishing.

Many years ago asthma was a rare lung disease only affecting a small percentage of the population. The incidence of asthma has drastically increased especially over the last 25 years, now considered a common disease, affecting as many as 20 million people. Although the cause of this lung disorder is unknown, science has found a direct link to asthma and allergies hinting that the disorder might be in fact an allergic reaction to parts of our environment and/or our own internal body chemicals. When a person suffers an episode from this disorder, called an “attack”, the bronchial tubes that transport air to and from the lungs constrict making breathing difficult or sometimes impossible depending on the severity of the attack. These attacks or episodes can be caused by outside allergens, pets, tobacco and even stress! The fact that certain types of stress can cause an asthma attack tells us that certain chemicals in the body can cause this reaction with no outside influence.

Can You Reverse Type 2 Diabetes? Check This Out!

Posted: October 29, 2018

Diabetes is a serious global problem in the modern world! In the United Kingdom statistics in 2004 revealed that 1.8 million people have been diagnosed and are suffering from Diabetes, and a further 1 million individuals have not been diagnosed as yet, but have the disease. In the USA Diabetes is the no.1 cause of death, because so many people are suffering from this Disease. There is an estimated 16 million people with Diabetes in the USA, with another estimated further 8-16 million people suffering who have not been diagnosed. So possibly 32 million individuals are suffering from this Disease in the USA alone.

Psychologically being diagnosed with Diabetes can have crippling effects if the individual lacks an understanding of the disease and is therefore vulnerable to other people’s projections and advice on the issue. Taking a pill from your Dr. is not a responsible choice, I will explain why.

At a cellular level scientists are now confirming that all disease today is an expression of the gene. The majority of scientists believe that all disease is a response from our genes and is a ‘poor lifestyle habit’. All adult disease is beginning to be labeled as a ‘bad lifestyle habit’.
